วิธีการปิดใช้งานบัญชีชั่วคราว และการลบบัญชีถาวร
- กรุณา Download Application
- เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย username และ password ที่ต้องการแจ้งปิดใช้งาน
- เข้าไปที่เมนูสามขีดด้านบน (Hamburger icon) > ตั้งค่าการใช้งาน > จัดการบัญชี
- ระบบจะแสดงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขในการลบบัญชี
- หลังจากผู้ใช้บริการอ่านเงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด กดเลือกปิดใช้งานบัญชีชั่วคราว หรือลบบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
- เลือกปัญหา หรือระบุเหตุผลที่ต้องการลบบัญชี จากนั้นกด "ถัดไป"
- ยืนยันข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขเพื่อปิดใช้งานบัญชีชั่วคราว หรือลบบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
How to delete account.
- Please Download Application
- Login with username and password to delete account.
- Navigate to menu at the upper left corner of the screen (Hamburger icon) > Account setting > Manage account
- The system will show the terms and conditions for account deletion.
- After user reading the terms and conditions, select temporarily deactivate account or delete user account.
- Select your problem or reason for delete your account, and then click "Next"
- Confirmation terms and conditions for temporarily deactivate account or delete user account
